Who is Sean?

Sean Weisbrot is an American entrepreneur, investor, and consultant who lived in Asia for 14 years and is currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.

After getting a degree in Psychology, he bought a one way ticket to China at the age of 22. He lived in China for 10 years and taught himself to be fluent and literate in Mandarin at a business level.

He started multiple businesses in Asia, including an agency that sold $15M in services in 2 years. He’s since invested in 7 companies and exited 2 companies.

Today he spends his time running We Live to Build, a consulting and investment firm.

He also hosts a podcast with the same name about entrepreneurship and Psychology where he has interviewed over 160 business owners grossing 7-9 figures annually.

Because this is a very white glove service, we put a lot of energy into serving each client.

Therefore, we choose to only work with 5 clients at a time and give them our full attention.

How do I know you can actually help us?

Sean has lived in China for 10 years and is fluent and literate in Mandarin.

He worked in international trade for 2 years, visited numerous factories, negotiating tile deals for foreign property developers and frozen chicken deals for Chinese wholesale importers, so he knows how to communicate with factories, do quality control, and market-based price discovery.

How much can you save us?

The amount we can save you depends on a number of factors that we won’t know until we go deeper into your unique situation.

We view the potential as like a bell curve in that some products might be so perfectly priced that we can’t save you anything, in which case you pay us nothing for our effort.

The majority of products will tolerate a 2-10% reduction, and some products might be so poorly priced from the vendor that we can save 10-50%.

Once we do our investigation, we will be able to better inform you and execute our negotiation strategy to find the true price the vendor is willing to bear.

How much does it cost to work with you?

Working with us will result in two eventualities:

1) We save you money, and you pay us 50% of your first year’s savings.

2)We don’t save you money, and you don’t pay us ANYTHING
